How do I create the backpack for my Pack-N-Stack? 10/19/2009 11:07:00 AM

Answer
Stack all ladder sections together so it creates a convenient profile for backpacking.
Lay stabilizer bar on side of backpack profile and secure all sections together using provided ratchet strap.
This is the same ratchet strap used for ladder attachment during use.

Take the 10 foot strap, fold in half.
Put the looped end around the cross brace tube of foot platform.
Put both loose ends thru the loop and pull tight forming a cinch knot.

Feed each loose end around the bottom ladder rung(s).
Pull the loose ends thru tri-slide buckle to desired length for a comfortable feel for backpacking.

You have now created the backpack.

While backpacking, the swedged, or crimped ends of ladder sections should point upwards from the ground and deter from ladder contacting the back of your legs while walking. Also, the foot platform should point away from your back for comfort.
